My name is Cole Pfister and I am originally from Southern California. I came to fort worth three years ago to attend Texas Christian University where I am currently in my fourth year as Geology Major/ Business & History Minor. I developed a love for the outdoors at an early age having grown up on a farm, and in the deserts of Southern California. I enjoy hunting and fishing whenever I can, wake boarding, paddle boarding, and pretty much every type of motorsport there is.
I learned to ride dirt bikes in the desert by the time I could walk, which evolved by the time I was 15 into racing off road vehicles. Racing is actually what led me to begin Crossfit after I realized the beating that my body would need to endure if I ever wanted to win a race. I walked into my local Crossfit gym as a overweight 15 year old kid who thought that having an A in P.E. class meant I was in shape. My perception quickly changed as I realized how out of shape I was after the first on ramp workout, and from that point on I was hooked.
My experiences with every coach I’ve had throughout my time in Crossfit influenced me to get my L1 certification after I graduated from high school. My goal as a coach is to help people realize that fitness can be an enjoyable experience, and that Crossfit is for anyone and everyone.
