2. Weighted Strict Ring Dip 5×5 (working up)
3. Strict Toes-to-Bar 3×15, rest as needed between sets.

ON YOUR OWN (DURING OPEN GYM HOURS ONLY, 11:30-Close).

4 Shoulder-to-Overhead
5 Burpee Over Barbell
6 Power Cleans
7 Pistols, Alternating
8 Deadlifts
9 TTB
10 Handstand Push Up
11 C2B Pull Up
12 Front Squats
Move through each exercise just like the “The Twelve Days of Christmas” holiday song.
