  5. I’m famous! Thanks guys! It’s an Internship for the summer, since I resigned my position at Nolan. Like I told tony, you crazy Crossfit people helped me open a new door in my mind. I push myself everyday in Crossfit and now I’m ready for a change in careers. Like I told my friends IM READY FOR A NEW PR!!

  13. Today’s wod was harder than running 13 miles a week ago. Fact: Crossfit prepared me to be a strong runner. Running only and no CF for a month didn’t help much with today’s wod! Balance is very important in fitness. (and life). Cass, that is all.

    WOD killed me, 12:02, used 55#. Candace talked me off the ledge several times!
