  1. 205, 225, 245, 265, 275, 300 on the rep scheme. 2 min round was 225# 12 reps. Great turnout this morning.

    205,215,225,235,245,245 and 30 reps @175#
    Both legs cramped after the 2 min set

  3. 85,115,125,135,155,175 and 16 reps @120. My buttocks are killing me but it’s oh so worth it!!

    The 175 was a huge PR up from 135!!!

  8. 135, 155, 185, 205(2), 225(2). I got off a little on my progression up. Barely eek’d out the 2nd rep of 225. But it is a 10# PR.
    Skipped the metcon. I had soccer last night. I would have collapsed on the field if I did 2 mins of squats :/
