  3. Today’s WOD is loooong. Finished 8 rounds plus 7 reps on my 9th round. Great way to start the day!

  4. Not sure what the weight was but I got 10 rds plus 1 @ 35# with a red bands for dips and 20 inch box jumps.

  5. 6 rounds + 4 box jumps @ 95# (purple band on dips).

  6. 9 rounds + 3 dips @ 65#, 24″ box and a purple band on dips. my legs were completely shot.

  7. 8 rds + 5 sdhp @ 95#. 24 inch box jumps and no band on the dips.

  8. 8rds + 4 box jumps 115# and 30 in box. all by my lonesome thanks to ryan for sticking around and cheering me on.

  9. 6 rounds + 5 box jumps 85#’s. Great class Josh!
