CLASS SCHEDULE

CrossFit combines weight lifting (Olympic weightlifting and power lifting), basic gymnastics, and cyclical work such as running, rowing, and biking all in one. Every day is different to make it a fun and enjoyable experience for all. It is the program of choice for many firefighters, MMA fighters, Olympians, Navy SEALs, triathletes, and everyday folks who are just looking for a way to live longer, happier, and healthier lives. Our training consists of dialing in your mechanics first, creating consistency in those mechanics over time, and then and only then, adding intensity once all prerequisites have been met. To maximize your results, we suggest following a schedule of 2-3 days on, followed by one day of rest twice a week, eating clean most of the time, and getting adequate rest and recovery.
