I grew up playing a variety of sports, usually whatever happened to be in season. I started CrossFit my senior year of high school and have been hooked ever since. While I was in college, I took a few coaching classes for fun and quickly realized how much I enjoyed them. After graduating with a degree in Health Sciences from the best University ever (Go Frogs!), I decided to pursue my CrossFit Level 1 certification and continue growing as a coach. I have a deep love for movement and fitness, and I’m passionate about helping others discover that same love. I’m especially excited to work with people who are brand new to CrossFit, as well as those who have been part of the community for years. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than helping people build confidence, learn new skills, and realize what they’re capable of.

I love CrossFit and fitness because of the way movement challenges me both physically and mentally. I love constantly having something to work toward, whether that’s learning a new skill, getting stronger, or simply becoming a better version of myself. CrossFit has taught me that progress doesn’t happen overnight, but showing up consistently and putting in the work makes a difference. I also love the community that comes with CrossFit. There’s something so motivating about working alongside people who encourage and challenge each other, regardless of their experience or ability. Most of all, I love helping others experience that same feeling of confidence and accomplishment. Seeing someone accomplish something they once thought they couldn’t do is one of my favorite things.
