Coach at CrossFit Iron Horse
- CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
I’ve been involved in sports since I was three years old and truly can’t imagine my life without them! Soccer, ballet, and tennis have been my primary sports over the years, but I’ve always loved trying something new and challenging myself in different ways.
My passion for coaching began early as well. I’ve had the opportunity to teach youth ballet classes, lead horseback riding lessons, help with youth soccer camps, and even teach friends how to wakesurf. I love helping others learn, build confidence, and discover what they’re capable of.
I love fitness because of the many ways it has shaped who I am. Growing up, sports taught me discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and the importance of stepping outside of my comfort zone. I was a very shy child, and getting in front of others and performing was incredibly intimidating. Through sports, I gradually learned to push past those fears, come out of my shell, and become more confident in myself. That’s what I love most about CrossFit—the opportunity to continually challenge yourself, grow stronger both physically and mentally, and be surrounded by a supportive community.
