I’ve lost over 40 pounds since joining CFIH in 2018. Before starting CrossFit, I would diet and try different things that would work for a little bit, but then I would yo-yo back up once I came off my diet. Now I just stick to making better choices (with the long term in mind).
My approach to working out has been impacted by CFIH tremendously since walking through those doors for a free Saturday class. The CFIH community and coaches helped me find my drive again; my drive to want to get better as an athlete and as a person.
