If you are ready to feel more comfortable and confident in your body this summer, we’ve got you.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again… If you want results that actually last, it helps to focus on three key things:

  1. Find a fitness program you genuinely enjoy
  2. Show up consistently, at least three times per week
  3. Find coaches and a community committed to helping you level up

That is it.

Not the perfect diet, program, or drastic restriction…

Just something you enjoy, the consistency to stick with it, and the right people around you to support you along the way.

But that brings up the real question…

Which program is right for you?

Because the “best” program isn’t the one that looks the most complex or intense. It’s the one you’ll actually show up for.

To help you figure that out, here is a breakdown of what we offer at CFIH and who each option tends to be best for.

Group CrossFit

This is our bread and butter.

Group CrossFit classes are coach led from start to finish, about an hour long, and designed to help you build strength, confidence, and overall fitness.

The workouts are built around constantly varied, functional movements performed at a level of intensity that is appropriate for you.

And that last part matters.

Intensity is always relative. What feels challenging for one person will look completely different for someone else. That is part of what makes CrossFit so effective. It is infinitely scalable.

If you cannot do a movement yet, your coach will help you adjust. Over time, you’ll build the strength and skill to get from where you are currently to where you want to be.

This option is great if you:

  • Enjoy a high energy environment
  • Like being part of a community
  • Want structure and coaching every time you walk in
  • Thrive when you are surrounded by others working hard

For many people, this becomes more than just a workout. It becomes the best hour of their day.

Small Group Traditional Strength Training

This program has been growing quickly, and for good reason.

It’s still coach led, still structured, but with a slightly different focus. The emphasis here is on traditional strength training, without the more complex elements like high skill gymnastics or Olympic lifting often found in CrossFit.

You still get the energy of a group, but with a more controlled and focused approach to building strength.

This option is great if you:

  • Prefer a slower, more controlled training style
  • Want to focus more on strength, joint health, and longevity
  • Aren’t interested in complex or highly technical movements
  • Like the feel of a smaller group setting

It is simple, effective, and sustainable.

Semi Private and Personal Training

And if you’re looking for the fastest path to results, personal training is it.

With personal training, everything is built specifically for you. Your goals, your schedule, your current fitness level, your limitations.

You work closely with a coach who guides you every step of the way.

There is no guesswork. No trying to figure it out on your own. Just a clear plan and consistent support.

This option is great if you:

  • Want a fully customized plan
  • Prefer working one on one with a coach, or in a smaller group setting
  • Have specific goals or limitations
  • Want to accelerate your progress as quickly as possible

It is the highest level of coaching and support we offer by far.

So… Which One Is Right for You?

The honest answer?

It depends on you.

Your goals, preferences, schedule, experience… and what you enjoy most.

That’s why we do not expect you to figure this out on your own.

The best place to start is with a simple conversation. We’ll sit down, learn more about you, and help guide you toward the option that fits you best.

Because at the end of the day, the right program is the one you enjoy enough to keep showing up for, with coaches and a community that push you to become better.

And that is where real change happens.
