1. Hip Snatch 3×5 @ 60-65%, rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
2. Hang Power Snatch+Hang Snatch 3×2+2-BUILD to moderate weight, rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
3. Overhead Squat 3×3-BUILD to heavy weight, rest 3-4 minutes between heavy sets.

1. 15-20 minutes of mobility (move blood beforehand).
2. At a low intensity (in the sun):
