Community Clean Up Ruck: Meet us in the CFIH Prison Yard (out back) as we ruck our way through the local community to clean up as much as we can. We will have trash bags and gloves available, but please feel free to bring your own as well! Please bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated and wear a mask (and a weight vest if you’d like)!
