1. Strict Pull-Up+Hold 3×3-6 reps + :5s hold on final rep (chin over bar). Use thin band as needed.

60 Kettlebell Swings (35/26lbs)

1. Chest-To-Bar Chin Rack Row – 3×6-8 reps (controlled). Touch on all.
