Our Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program is a prerequisite course for all new members and it is available to all experienced CrossFit members too! The program consists of four introductory sessions.
Initial Consult:
Meet one-on-one with Coach Candice! We will discuss your goals, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
Body, Movement & Work Assessments followed by CrossFit Gymnastics
Your Session:
Body Assessment:
Body circumference measurements and/or body fat testing (optional).
Movement Assessment:
Self-care & injury prevention protocols that are specific to your needs.
Work Assessment:
To see where you currently sit on the fitness spectrum and to ensure your are improving over time!
CrossFit Gymnastics:
Learn gymnastic movements and scaling options for your fitness level.
CrossFit Barbell & the Language of CFIH
CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting & Tempo Prescriptions
Enter the regular classes and start the next phase of your fitness journey!

What if I have done CrossFit Before?
If you have experience with CrossFit, meaning you have been a part of a CrossFit affiliate for a period of 3 months or more, there is no need to complete the Mentorship Program! Though not required, we do encourage all new members to schedule an initial consultation, body and movement assessment to maximize your time with us. Sign up for your initial consultation and assessment here, and one of our coaches will contact you to schedule your session.
Who Must Complete the Mentorship Program?
Anyone who is new to CrossFit must complete the Mentorship Program for your safety and understanding of our program and culture.
What if I have an injury?
Not a problem! All we ask for is transparency. Let us know what’s going on so we can take better care of you. We can always adjust and modify any workout for your individual needs which is just one of the many reason you will love our program!
My significant other is intersted in joining as well. Can they come too?
Yes, of course! Sign up for the Couples Mentorship Program and we’ll make sure you are both in good hands.
I have heard that CrossFit is dangerous. Is it?
Anything done incorrectly can be dangerous. During our Mentorship Program, you will learn how to move in an effort to better prepare you for class as well as every day life. Upon entering the regular class setting, our coaches will always be there to keep an eye on you to ensure you are not pushing past your limits. The bottom line? CrossFit done correctly is not dangerous.
