At CFIH, the first step in becoming a part of our community is sitting down with one of our coaches to discuss WHY you have come to us and WHAT are you trying to achieve. Once you have completed your initial consultation, we will measure where you currently sit on the fitness spectrum so we can track your progress while guiding you towards your goals.

Our Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program is a prerequisite course for all new members and it is available to all experienced CrossFit members too! The program consists of four introductory sessions.

SESSION 1

Initial Consultation, Body & Movement Assessments

Initial Consult:

Meet one-on-one with one of our coaches to discuss your goals, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.

Body Assessment:
Body circumference measurements and/or body fat testing (optional).

Movement Assessment:
Self-care & injury prevention protocols that are specific to your needs.

Work Assessment:
To see where you currently sit on the fitness spectrum and to ensure your are improving over time!

SESSIONS 2-4

Learning the movements, methodology, and the basics of CrossFit.
Each session will end with a workout!

GRADUATION

Enter the regular classes and start the next phase of your fitness journey!

MONTHLY FOLLOW-UPS (MONTHS 1 & 2)

To ensure you’re still improving and working towards your goals!

QUARTERLY FOLLOW-UP (MONTH 3)

To reassess your progress!
