-Details about the Open: We will run classes as usual, Monday through Thursday. The Open workout will take place during our regular morning and mid-day class times. On Friday evenings, athletes will need to sign up for a heat with a friend to judge them. Please sign up for a heat each Friday if you plan to attend in the evenings. Heats will be scheduled to coincide with the Open workout that is announced. Saturday’s will be normal 9am classes and the 10am class will be devoted to the Open workout as well.
