FNL Details:*
Each FNL event will take place during our evening class times every Friday for the dates listed above. You can tackle the workout during our Friday 5am, 6am, 11:30am classes and during open gym (please come prepared with your own judge), or during our FNL evening heats! Feel free to BYOB, bring some food, and hang out with us after the final heat of each date (You’ll also get an opportunity to watch the coaches tackle these workouts too)! More details coming!
