1. Prowler Pushes-15 minute play. Work up to a heavy push for 50m.
2. “Death by 10 meters”*
With a continuously running clock, perform the following:
On the first minute, run 10m x 1.
On the second minute, run 10m x 2.
On the third minute, run 10m x 3.
Repeat this pattern until you are no longer able.
*With the exception of the final sprint in a given minute, a two hand touch behind the 10m line is required for each 10m sprint. Score total rounds and sprints in the last round completed.
