1. PRIMER: Hang Clean Pull+Hang Power Clean+Front Squat 3×2+2+2, rest as needed between sets.*
2. Hang Clean 3×5-BUILD to tough load. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
3. Strict Press 3×3-BUILD to tough load. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
