Due to scheduling conflicts, our 8:30am class will be canceled on Tuesday and Thrusday’s. Normal schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s.

2. 10 Minute AMRAP:
10 Burpee Box Jump (30/24″)
10 C2B Pull Ups/10 Toes-to-Bar*

*Alternating C2B Pull Ups and Toes-to-Bar each round. I.e. for round 1, perform 10 Burpee Box Jumps and 10 C2B Pull Ups. For round 2, perform 10 Burpee Box Jumps and 10 Toes-To-Bar. Keep this pattern going for the entire duration of the AMRAP.

Thursday, February 1st 4-7pm: Body Fat Truck Returns.
