*Alternating C2B Pull Ups and Toes-to-Bar each round. I.e. for round 1, perform 10 Burpee Box Jumps and 10 C2B Pull Ups. For round 2, perform 10 Burpee Box Jumps and 10 Toes-To-Bar. Keep this pattern going for the entire duration of the AMRAP.
