-Saturday, March 30th @ 10am: Open WOD 19.6! Come in for a team workout, food, and drinks to celebrate the close of the 2019 Open!
-Details about the Open: We will run classes as usual Monday through Thursday. The Open workout will take place during our regular morning and mid-day class times on Fridays. On Friday evenings, athletes will need to sign up for a heat with a friend to judge them. Please sign up for a heat each Friday if you plan to attend in the evenings. Heats will be scheduled to coincide with the Open workout that is announced. Saturday’s will be normal 9am classes and the 10am class will be devoted to the Open workout as well.
