Meet Rafa

Meet Rafa. Rafa joined the CFIH community earlier this year and has been crushing it!

In April she made the Committed Club, showing up 13+ times in the month, and she’s been earning a spot in our Super Committed Club ever since, showing up 17+ times April through June! She’s consistent, hard working, and her commitment to her health and fitness is paying off! Not only has she dropped 5.3% body fat, she’s put on almost 2 pounds of muscle, too! ????

What have been some of the biggest contributors to her success? 

Everyday we speak to people who struggle with motivation or feel like they just aren’t making any progress. More often than not, they DO have a desire to make a change and ARE willing to put in the work. Maybe they feel like they’ve tried ten different ways to achieve their goals…

But they just haven’t found a fitness program and a circle they genuinely love being a part of! Once those two things are found, motivation and progress come quickly, as do CONFIDENCE and RESULTS.
