Hybrid Training is a blend of two worlds: the energy and community of our group CrossFit classes, combined with the additional accountability, personalization, and coaching guidance semi-private training offers.

Here’s how it works:

  • Once a week, members in our Hybrid program meet with their very own coach and 3-4 other members.
  • The coach creates a customized program that’s designed specifically for you and your goals.
  • These sessions are semi-private—small enough for personalized attention, more coaching touch points, but still full of energy.
  • Your coach ensures your hybrid sessions complement the regular CrossFit class programming, so they don’t compete with your other workouts. Instead, they enhance them.

This means your training becomes more intentional, goal-driven, and strategically aligned with your schedule and current level of fitness.
