We missed you today!” … and that right there is a lower level example of the accountability we offer to our members. And it’s powerful.
We don’t let you fall off the radar. We’re in this with you. So when you’re having days when you feel like it doesn’t matter if you skip your workouts, your coach will help you stay focused on your goals and why they are important to you when you lose sight of the big picture.
