*Tempo rx: Start with barbell on the shoulders and press up fast. Pause for :2s overhead, then lower down slow for :2s. At the bottom, touch-and-go off the shoulders. When the bar contacts the shoulders on the way down, that’s one.
Note: If you are still feeling The Murph Challenge, we recommend omitting part 1 or reducing the load to something very light for all of today. Add a longer tempo to z-press sets as needed.
