Rest 3 minutes between sets. Sets 1 & 2: 3, 6, 9, 12 reps… Increase by 3 reps each round (95/65), (24/20″).
Sets 3 & 4: 1-2-3-4 reps… Increase by 1 rep each round (135/95), (30/24″).
*Your score is your total number of reps completed per set. Post your lowest score to the whiteboard for sets 1 & 2 and your lowest score for sets 3 & 4.
