Membership Pause
This is not a membership cancellation request.
If you are injured or traveling, you may pause your membership with proper notice. We require a 15 day notice prior to your next membership charge to pause your membership. Membership pause requests received later than the 15 day notice cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled payment. All membership payments are non-refundable. Membership pauses can be made for a period of 1-3 months. Once the pause period has expired, the regular billing cycle will begin and your account will be charged automatically. If you return to training prior to your pause, please fill out the form below to reactivate your membership.
