This is not a membership cancellation request.
If you are injured or traveling, you may pause your membership with proper notice. Membership pause requests must be submitted by the 15th of the current month, prior to your next scheduled payment date. Membership pause requests received later than the 15th cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled payment. All membership payments are non-refundable. Membership pauses can be made for a period of 1-3 months. Once the pause period has expired, the regular billing cycle will begin and your account will be charged. If you return to training prior to your pause, please fill out the form below to reactivate your membership to stay accountable.
